Casey provides results-oriented, hands-on, executive level support in the areas of accounting, finance and strategy. Prior to founding Clarity AFS, LLC, Casey had extensive operational and consulting experience. In addition to CFO roles in private industry
with distribution, high tech and services companies, he was also a Director
with Ernst & Young Corporate Finance LLC where he advised on financial
strategy, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring and capital
sourcing. He was also a Director with
Ernst & Young’s Center for Strategic Transactions (CST). The CST helps senior level executives look
objectively at their corporate strategy by linking tactical solutions to core
corporate competencies, industry dynamics, personal and business goals, and
capital market realities. Prior to
joining Ernst & Young, Casey was a Vice President at Duff & Phelps LLC
where he provided specialty investment banking and financial advisory
services. He began his professional
career with Deloitte & Touche LLP.
